Do you pick up at Alicante port?
Yes. We pick up at the port of Alicante (within the metropolitan area). Tell us the ship name and arrival time.
Do you guarantee we are back before the ship sails?
Yes. We plan the route with a safety margin and bring you back to the port before boarding.
What if the ship arrives late?
We monitor your stopover. If the ship is delayed, we adjust the pick-up at no extra cost.
How much does a tour cost?
It depends on the route and the waiting time. We give you a fixed price on WhatsApp before you book.
Does the taxi wait while we visit?
Yes, the taxi waits for you. Waiting time is charged per minute at the official rate (€19/h daytime · €21.40/h night/holiday).
Which languages do you speak?
On WhatsApp we reply in Spanish, English, German, French, Italian, Dutch and Russian.
How many passengers fit?
Up to 4 passengers per car. For larger groups, ask us and we will suggest the best option.
Can I pay by card?
Yes, we accept card and cash. The price is agreed before the service.
Do you pick up at the airport?
No. By municipal rules we only pick up in the Alicante metropolitan area and the port. We can take you to the airport.
